In the orientation of training associated with career application, practice, field training and internship activities play an important role in improving the quality of training and developing career capacity for students. Practice helps consolidate knowledge, hone professional skills; field training helps students get acquainted with the working environment, shaping career awareness; and internship is an opportunity to experience reality, form professional style and adaptability to the labor market.
In particular, professional practicum is an important transition from “learning to know” to “learning to do”. Through the process of participating in practical work at organizations, students experience the real working environment, develop soft skills, communication skills, teamwork and professional style - key factors to meet the requirements of the labor market. Through these activities, schools and businesses are more closely connected, contributing to adjusting training programs according to actual needs, thereby helping students graduate confidently, meet career requirements and become high-quality human resources for society
Therefore, the experiences from practice, field training and internship are not only stepping stones to help students grow professionally but also a journey to nurture their passion for the profession. When theory is inspired by practice, confident with the knowledge of the profession they have been trained in, students can learn while doing, linking theory with practice. Students will confidently take their steps, ready to integrate and affirm their own value in modern society
