At the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Van Hien University, many students majoring in Multimedia Communication have successfully completed their specialized projects with creative and highly practical products. During this semester, students implemented projects in film production, advertising, and communication technology through the production of music videos (MVs) and short films.
Student groups participated in the entire production process, including idea development, scriptwriting, casting organization, filming, editing, post-production, and communication design for their products. Many projects explored themes closely related to young people, such as friendship, family, coming-of-age journeys, and social issues, all presented from modern and creative perspectives.
For music videos, students focused on combining visuals, sound, and film-editing techniques to create products with both artistic and entertainment value. Meanwhile, the short films were carefully invested in terms of content, cinematography, and cinematic language, demonstrating the students’ storytelling abilities and visual thinking skills.
According to supervising lecturers, these projects not only help students apply their professional knowledge but also develop teamwork, project management, and real-world problem-solving skills in a media production environment. The implementation process requires students to take initiative from planning to production execution, thereby enhancing their professional competencies in preparation for their final graduation projects.
The implementation of specialized projects is considered one of the key highlights of the Multimedia Communication program at Van Hien University. It contributes to creating a practice-oriented learning environment and encourages students to foster creative thinking while applying modern communication technologies to real-world products.
