From December 10th to 23rd, 2025, the Psychology Department of the Faculty of Social Sciences & Humanities, Van Hien University, organized a career experience trip for students admitted in 2025 to visit, learn about, and interact with professionals at the Tien Giang Provincial Psychiatric Hospital, Mat Bao BPO Joint Stock Company (Tan Binh Ward), FPT Telecommunications Joint Stock Company (Tan Thuan Dong Ward), VTCOS Cosmetics Co., Ltd. (Hanh Thong Ward), and AEON Mall Binh Tan (An Lac Ward).
The field trip gave students the opportunity to observe and exchange ideas with psychology professionals in two fields: patient psychological support and human resource management in businesses. At the same time, the field trip helps students develop a correct understanding and attitude towards their chosen profession, creating motivation and direction for them to continue studying, training, and acquiring knowledge and practical experience relevant to their field, meeting the requirements of future employers.
On the other hand, the experience after the trip helps students choose a specialized field of study in Counseling and Psychotherapy or Counseling and Human Resource Management that suits their abilities, needs, and strengths.
