During the presentation, the lecturer indicated the differences between writing news for print and online newspapers; things to keep in mind when writing for media companies; and experiences in writing news and journalism.
The students participated very actively. Nearly 30 students debated, discussed questioned, and expressed concerns about the course on News Writing and Editing. Through the presentation, the students learned too many experiences. Many suggested that the lecturer should regularly organize similar thematic workshops, especially writing practice sessions, so that students have the opportunity to accumulate knowledge.
