On March 8, 2026, at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (VNU-HCM), the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, alongside other units of Van Hien University, participated in the 2026 University Admissions Counseling Festival with a variety of vibrant activities.
At the Van Hien University counseling area, Dr. Doan Nguyen Thuy Trang, a representative and lecturer from the Faculty, welcomed and provided direct guidance to numerous high school students and parents. Visitors were keen to learn about educational opportunities in the social sciences and humanities at Van Hien University.
The session helped students gain a clearer understanding of: Admission requirements and criteria; Curricula and academic pathways; Scholarship opportunities and campus life… This personalized guidance empowered students to confidently choose majors that align with their interests, aspirations, and career goals.
For the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities continues to enroll students in 9 undergraduate programs: Psychology, Literature, Public Relations, Multimedia Communications, Vietnamese Studies, Chinese Studies, Oriental Studies, International Relations, Sociology.
